Undergraduate Students: What You Should Receive from Stanford before Your Arrival

Early August

An email from Housing will be sent in early August notifying you of your dorm assignments. A move-in map and a parking pass for move-in day will be sent out soon after by regular mail.

Mid-August

Academic Directors will be contacting you by email in mid-August to begin a conversation about how you can prepare for Stanford and what academic considerations you should make in your preparation.
