Resource Center

The Resource Center team collaborates with the Social Workers and the Case Managers to help patients access care at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and families to participate in care by assisting with practical resource obstacles such as transportation, lodging, food assistance, connecting with community resources and public assistance referrals.

Learn more about our Social Services or to speak with a social worker, call our main office at (650) 497-8303. Social workers are available at the hospital Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm. If you have any questions, please contact the Resource Center main office at (650) 721-1583 between the hours of 7:30am- 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
