Land Use and Environment Planning

LUEP projects typically address comprehensive or long-range planning for general land use or resource protection, or for compliance with specific environmental impact mitigation requirements. LUEP participates on large scale planning, entitlement and development projects in the pursuit of land use permits and meeting the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). LUEP coordinates University compliance with the Santa Clara County General Use Permit (GUP).
