Post Doctoral Appointments

The following checklist and form need to be fully completed and submitted to the GME Office to ensure a smooth transition from GME to a Post Doc Appointment and completed for all “New” Post Doc Appointments.

NOTE:

• Post Doc Appointments are Annual

• Trainees moving from GME payroll to OPA, appointment paperwork for 2015-2016 must be scanned in PDF format to Ann Dohn.
