  • Assess from potential participants which class they would like to have brought to your location.
  • Identify interested participants and the day and time that everyone prefers. (A minimum of ten participants to secure a 1 x week class and fourteen participants to secure a 2x week class.)
  • Identify and reserve a space at your work site for the duration of the class (1-10 sessions) that can accommodate the type of class requested. This is usually a conference room that can be rearranged for the class.

Let us know if your department has moved off-campus or would like the convenience of an on-site fitness class, or Healthy LIving workshop.
