Pediatric Heart Center

The members of the Pediatric Heart Center comprise three major medical specialties: pediatric cardiology, pediatric anesthesia, and cardiothoracic surgery. The Heart Center includes faculty, fellows, and staff from both the Stanford University School of Medicine as well as Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Clinical practice takes place in the LPCH Heart Center and combines resources from both the University and the hospital.

A key component of the Heart Center mission is to conduct research and publish on issues of importance in the field of pediatric heart, ranging from translational research to clinical research.
