Calculating Postdoctoral Months of Experience for Research (non-Clinical) Postdoctoral Appointments
Calculations are done based upon the applicant's prior experience listed on their CV.
Please read the University policy: Research Policy Handbook Section 2.A
In addition to what is listed in the University policy, the following guidelines also apply.
- Do not count time for internships, residencies, teaching, or clinical research.
- Do not count time for PhD research or teaching.
- Research Staff positions do count in the total time calculation.
