PaloAlto311 In addition to the services provide by the Department's code enforcement staff, the City had deployed a mobile application to help residents, business owners and visitors report possible code violations, nuisances, and city infrastructure issues directly to the appropriate City staff. PaloAlto311 is a tool to improve communication and response times in order to quickly resolve issues identified by the community.
