By fostering authentic relationships between alumnae GSB Women’s Circles enable members to learn, support, and inspire one another — both personally and professionally.
Stanford Women on Boards Initiative
The Stanford Women on Boards Initiative, a collaboration with Stanford Law School, was created to identify and advocate for and increase the representation of women on boards.
Class Captains
Each MBA Class since 1976 has a women’s group to facilitate networking within the women in each class.

History
Founded in 2006, the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) was created as a means of enabling female GSB alumnae to help one another achieve their full potential.
