In 2018, the Board and staff of the San Mateo County Mosquito and
Vector Control District updated its Strategic Plan. A Strategic
Planning Committee was formed in spring 2018 consisting of
Trustees Rick Wykoff (Committee Chair), Donna Rutherford, Wade
Leschyn, Raymond Williams, Chris Levin-Young, and Claudia
Mazzetti. Working with District staff, the committee reviewed and
revised the District’s Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and
list of Objectives. This document contains a brief description of
the District itself and the components of the Plan, followed by
the Strategic Plan itself.
