Room rentals are available at BEAM and other campus locations to help increase your brand on campus. Whether it’s for an information session, event, or interviews, there are several on-campus spaces that will fit your needs.
Interview Rooms
Our center has a number of rooms specifically designed for interviewing. Each private room features a white board, and is equipped for phone and skype interviews. Rooms are available during our regular business hours at the rate of $150 per day. Registration is first come first served, and typically opens in August. (Partners may register in July)

Event Space
On-Campus events are a great way to show students what it is like to work for your company. Ways to do so include panels, simulations, projects and career exploration meetups. If you have questions about what type of event will best represent your brand, please reach out to our Industry Specialists.
