Access Stanford’s 20-plus libraries and borrow materials using your Stanford ID card, which also gives your spouse or partner access. Dependent children can enter with a visitor's pass or courtesy ID card. In addition to their word-class collection of works, Stanford libraries host exhibits and events, including conferences and cultural nights.
The libraries include Cecil H. Green Library, Stanford's main research library with collections in the humanities, social sciences and interdisciplinary areas; and fourteen other research libraries serving the sciences, engineering, education, art, music and East Asia studies.
