Affiliating your firm with the Construction Institute

The construction industry faces great challenges, including a lack of professional resources and a need for better management tools. We are committed to working together with you to meet those challenges. Student interest in Construction is stronger than ever, and we are committed to helping develop the critical professional resources and tools required to meet the needs of the industry. We welcome and appreciate donations of any size; however, we would like to invite you to join in the group of companies that are supporting our MS Construction Program as Members of the Stanford Construction Institute:

Membership benefits

We invite interested firms to affiliate with the Stanford Construction Institute to support the continued strength of our MS academic program and to guide and support ongoing and future initiatives to keep the Stanford Construction Program in the forefront of such programs worldwide .  For more information about Stanford University Policy Affecting Industrial Affiliates Program Memberships, please visit here.

Member firms can appoint a representative to participate in our Program Advisory Committee to provide ongoing input to the design of our MS degree programs. In addition, members receive the following benefits:

  • Facilitated recruitment of graduate and undergraduate students as employees or interns
  • Student mentoring and career development activities
  • Participation in courses and seminars as guest lecturers
  • Evaluation of student projects and research
  • Recognition as a strong supporter of Stanford's Construction Program.

Annual membership contribution based on firm size

  • Firms with 1,000 employees or more: $10,000
  • Firms with fewer than 1,000 Employees: $5,000
