MSPA White Coat and Stethoscope Ceremony
Thank you to everyone that could join SMAA as we proudly welcomed the 2018 incoming class of physician assistants at this annual ceremony at which the students received their white coats and stethoscopes. This symbolic ceremony marked the beginning of their journey into medicine. As one of our alumnae said, "The stethoscope is one of the prime symbols of patient care and the practice of medicine. You have to be close to your patient to use it. This is your chance to truly interact with your patient. You are listening to what the patient has to tell you."

This event is open to the 2018 incoming MSPA students, their family and friends. Pre-registered guests only. No onsite registration will be available. Name tags are required to attend both ceremony and reception.
