The Resilience Projectis a resource that uses personal narratives, programming, and coaching to motivate and support students as they experience the normal academic setbacks that are part of a rigorous education. We emphasize the importance of failure in the learning process and seek to instill a sense of belonging and bravery in students to ultimately change the campus perception of failure from something to be avoided at all costs, to something essential to a meaningful education.

If you would like to talk with us about failure, setbacks, rejection, or definitions of success, please contact Adina Glickman, director of The Resilience Project at adinag@stanford.edu
