The County of Santa Clara provides suppliers the opportunity to register to view and download open solicitations through our online electronic bid management system called BidSync.
There is no charge to register for or to use our system. For information on how to register for BidSync, visit vendor registration.
As a BidSync registered user, you can:
- Be included in our database of registered suppliers
- Have access to view and download open solicitations in order to participate in bidding opportunities for the County.
- View and download amendments to specific open solicitations.
- View posted bid abstracts
- View historical solicitations issued
The list below allows you to view current solicitations but you must be registered in BidSync to have access to actively participate in current and future solicitations for the County.
You must complete the registration process in BidSync in order to participate in solicitation opportunities with the County.
