Apply to be our next Stanford-ABC News Global Health & Media Fellow
We are now accepting applications for our 2016-2017 Stanford-ABC News Global Health and Media Fellowship. The fellowship offers a unique opportunity for one physician or physician-in-training to spend 12-months immersed in journalism and communications training. Through rotations at the WHO South East Asia Regional Office in New Delhi, the Stanford Journalism Program at Stanford University and ABC News in New York City, the fellow will learn the fundamentals of global public health reporting using a variety of multimedia platforms.

Reflecting back to this time last year, Ebola was just beginning to wane in West Africa, but new cases reported last month in Sierra Leone...remind us there is still much to be done to address the systemic shortcomings that allow epidemics like Ebola – and now Zika – to spread out of control.
