Drinking Water
OVERVIEW: Stanford purchases high quality domestic water from the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) for the academic campus, including School of Medicine and residential areas. Key information about water quality is compiled by this department each year in Stanford’s Annual Water Quality Report. This report provides information on the typical quality of water at Stanford during the year. Additional information about domestic water such as: chloramines, drinking water emergency preparedness and water main flushing are also available here.
