Hep B Free

The first Hep B Free campaign was launched in San Francisco in 2007 to increase hepatitis B awareness, testing, vaccination, and treatment among Asians and Pacific Islanders by forming a community coalition to educate health care providers and the general population, and to provide access to low-cost hepatitis prevention.

Based on the impact and successes of that first locality, the Hep B Free campaign has since been replicated in many other areas around the country, with the newest replication site being here in Santa Clara County.
