Bulletin: Purchasing and Payment Processing Prior to 2009/10 Winter Closure (Posted November 9, 2009)

In accordance with the University 2009 winter close schedule, Purchasing & Contracts, and Disbursements will be closed beginning Monday, December 21, 2009 and will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 4, 2010.

Please plan to submit any iProcurement transactions, invoices and iOU transactions you wish to have processed before winter close by 5:00pm on Monday December 7, 2009. For transactions received after that date, every effort will be made to process transactions prior to our closing on December 18, but cannot be guaranteed.
