ARCHIVED Bulletin: Annual Freeze on Requests for New / Changed Expenditure Types / Object Codes (Posted July 14, 2008)
Due to year-end accounting requirments, there will be a temporary freeze on the set-up of new, and on changes to existing, expenditure types and object codes. The freeze will be in effect beginning August 1, 2008 and ending October 1, 2008. Requests submitted during the freeze will be reviewed and processed beginning October 1, 2008.
Impact
If you submit a request for a new or changed expenditure type / object code during the freeze, please be aware that your request will not be processed until after October 1, 2008.
