Directors' College Chile 2016 The Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance will be co-hosting a Directors' College program with the Centro de Gobierno Corporativo Universidad Catolica (CGCUC). The program will be an intensive one-day program for directors and senior executives of Chilean public and private firms. The curriculum will address a broad range of problems that confront modern boards in Chile, including strategy and innovation; latest trends in corporate governance, risk management and cybersecurity.

Plaintiffs brought 85 new federal class action securities cases in the first half of 2015, compared with 92 in the second half of 2014. The number of filings in the first six months of 2015 remained 10 percent below the semiannual average of 94 observed between 1997 and 2014.
