PLDL | Professional Learning Design Lab

Be a part of the cutting-edge of teacher professional learning.

The Center to Support Excellence in Teaching (CSET) at Stanford is piloting new professional learning courses based on the most current research in education. Register for these pilot experiences and you will work closely with Stanford researchers and teacher educators to improve your practice. At the same time, you will provide critical feedback and contributions that shape the official offerings to be rolled out Summer 2016.

Course Logistics

  • Course locations vary. Some take place in-person at Stanford University or at local school sites, others take place virtually, and some are a blend of virtual and in-person.
  • All courses cost $200.
  • To receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs), it costs an additional $75.
  • All courses run approximately Oct 2015 - May 2016.

Our 2015 - 2016 Pilot Courses will kick-off with a welcome event in October open to anyone interested. Registration is not required to attend the kick-off event. Come learn about the course, experience the first session, and if it seems like the right experience for you, sign up at the end of the night.  See details below.
