The Office of Faculty Development and Diversity (OFDD), led by Vice Provost Karen Cook serves as a central resource for all newly hired faculty and faculty recruits through a variety of programs and events as they transition to the Stanford community. It also provides support for department chairs and deans while working to ensure Stanford has an excellent and diverse faculty.
OFDD also has partnerships with all Stanford Medicine departments through the School of Medicine Office of Faculty Development and Diversity.
