Becky leads Employer Relations & Recruiting (ER&R), the team that serves as the main point of contact for all organizations interested in recruiting at the GSB. ER&R is responsible for business development and employer outreach at the CMC. Becky provides strategic direction for employer engagement across all industries. Her responsibilities include overseeing connection opportunities for organizations and GSB students, such as Company Networking Nights, On Campus Recruiting, CMC LINK, and Fewer Than 300. Becky manages the recruiting team and all employer related programs and resources. This includes on-campus recruiting, employer events, recruiting strategies, and outreach.
