Nestor Coffi is Country Manager for the World Bank Group in Burundi. A French and Ivorian national, Coffi joined the World Bank Group in 2003. From October 2010 to June 2015, he was also the Country Manager for Niger where he lead the implementation of a new strategic partnership framework and helped reconstitute the World Bank portfolio. Previously, Coffi was lead specialist for program finance management for the Africa region.

Coffi is a French chartered accountant. He also holds a degree from the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët-Boigny of Yamoussoukro in Cote d’Ivoire, with a specialization in public financial management from Paris’s École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers.
