Bloemenkamp is currently the Country Manager for Yemen. She holds a Master of Law degree from the Catholic University of Nijmegen and the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in The Netherlands. Before joining the Yemen team, she has held several positions in the Bank, including most recently as Manager for Trust Funds and Partnerships, prior to that as Country Manager in Malawi (AFR), Special Representative for Europe and Central Asia (ECA) in Brussels, and Country Manager for Macedonia.
