The City of San Jose´/Norman Y. International Airport announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE) FFY 2017-2019 race-neutral goal of 6.3% for its federally funded Airport construction projects. The proposed goal and rationale is available for inspection between 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 200 East Santa Clara Street, Fifth Floor, San Jose CA 95113 until May 25, 2016.
