Contemplating what’s next in your career? Seeking greater fulfillment in your work but not sure what you want?

This virtual program is designed for alumni who want the time and space to reconnect with what matters most to you so that your career choices lead to greater fulfillment. Participants examine three key factors that intersect to create a fulfilling career: what energizes you, what you are great at, and what you need next in your life and career.

At the end of this program, participants will leave with:

• A list of “must have’s” for your next career move that reflects your interests, strengths, and needs
• A Plan A, B, and C that identifies and evaluates possible job options
• Clear next steps and an accountability partner for ongoing support

Format

This program is a three-week virtual series during which alumni participate using a video-based platform. The program is highly interactive and includes breakout sessions that give participants an opportunity to gain new perspectives and connections from fellow alumni.
