Submitting a SeRA Help Ticket to

Need further SeRA assistance? Have questions, feedback, or are experiencing other issues? Please submit a HelpSU ticket by clicking HERE and a SeRA Support Analyst will contact you shortly.

Step 1.)  Click on the "Information Technology".

Step 2.)  Click on the "Submit Help Ticket".

Step 3.)  Be sure to type "SeRA" in the short description of what you need.  Provide a SPO# or Transaction ID# whenever available.

Step 4.)  Add attachments (screen shots or documents) to provide additional information to assess your issue or request.  Click on "Submit".

Step 5.)  You will receive an email from Stanford Services confirming your ticket submission.
