Recording Meetings, Eligibility, and Data Security
Recording meetings
Your WebEx video recordings should be stored for up to 14 days in the cloud. If you wish to save your recorded video conferences, you should download the files to your local drive within 14 days of the recording.
Eligibility
Current faculty, staff, and students with SUNet IDs.
Data security
- Holding WebEx meetings and sharing screens is approved for High Risk Data, as defined in Stanford Risk Classification Guidelines.
- The option to record meetings (audio and screen interactions and documents) is not approved for High Risk Data.
