All attendees must comply with the following health and safety measures:
- Attest to either vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the service.
- Register upon arrival and all off-campus guests must also complete the Stanford Visitor: Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation on the day of the service.
- Wear a face covering while inside Memorial Church.
- Social Distancing is encouraged.
Doors open at 10:30 am. Please arrive early to complete event registration.

For the safety of our congregants and our campus, all participants must comply with the following health safety measures for services at Memorial Church.
- All participants, adults and children over the age of 6 months, must attest to either vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the service.
- All participants must register for services and all off-campus guests must complete the Stanford Visitor: Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation prior to entering Memorial Church.
All forms must be completed the day of the service. The link to the form is here.
- All off-campus guests will be directed to complete the Stanford Visitor: Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation. This form must be filled out on the day of the service. It CANNOT be filled out ahead of time. Stanford students, staff, and faculty who live on campus are not required to complete the attestation.
- On the day of the service, guests may complete the forms at home or use their electronic device to complete the forms once they arrive at Memorial Church. ORSL Staff will be available outside of Memorial Church beginning at 10:15 am to assist guests in completing the forms. Doors will open at 10:30 am.
- All participants must bring and wear their masks while waiting to enter Memorial Church and throughout the services.
- Children ages 2 and older must be masked.
- All participants must remain masked, including musicians, choirs, and speakers.
- Participants who do not comply with wearing masks will be asked to leave.
- All participants are encouraged to maintain social distance of at least 6 six feet from those outside their household and keep a pew between themselves and others while seated in the Church.
- There is NO eating or drinking inside Memorial Church with the exception of religious rituals such as holy communion.
- Guests who are feeling ill or someone from their household is ill the day of the service must not attend service
