Midfield Apartments
Midfield Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students. Furnished by the University, these two-bedroom one-bath apartments house two students.
Midfield is a small complex located in the Midtown neighborhood of Palo Alto, next door to Wellsbury Apartments and within walking distance of shops and eateries such as Safeway, Starbucks, Philz Coffee, Walgreens, CVS, Baskin Robbins, two burrito shops, a yoga studio, and an ice skating rink. The complex was completely renovated in 2016 and includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a combination of laminate plank flooring and carpeting. It has a small swimming pool and one covered parking space per apartment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
