Additional University Archives films added to the Internet Archive

Stanford University Library's (SUL) collaboration with the California Audiovisual Preservation Project (CAVPP) has yielded two more preserved objects on the Internet Archive:

Case for Population Control (1970)

William Shockley (1986-87)

By working with the CAVPP, SUL is able to preserve items that we cannot digitize in house - in this case, 16mm film and 1" open reel video respectively. Do you know of SUL library materials that would be good reformatting candidates under this program? The materials must pertain to California history in some way, they must be unique (never published commercially), and they must be in the public domain. If so, please get in touch! Drop us an email at sul-media-lab at lists.stanford.edu.
