Lane is an internationally recognized state-of-the-art medical library and medical history center. Our collection includes: Over 7000 eJournals,Over 15000 eBooks, databases, videos, and clinical decision tools. We are proud of the service we provide to researchers, faculty, and students of School of Medicine; Stanford and Lucile Packard Children hospitals and Stanford Medical center employees; local community and national and international institutions.

Lane building is handicapped accessible including an elevator to the lower level.

Lane Library is located next to Stanford University Hospital in the Lane building.
Transit and parking
Lane is close to the the LKSC stop for V Marguerite Shuttle line; Stanford Medical Center stop for MC, X, Y, C, N, SF lines; Stanford Hospital Fountain for SMP line.
Parking is limited but there are several visitor parking lots.
Many parking meters accept cash only.
