Feeling overwhelmed? Need to get all your research articles organized and referenced?

Interested in writing for publication but need tips on how to present your findings?  Thinking about applying for funding, but don't know where to start?

Get tips for how to find grants, publish articles and organize your research at Gear Up for Research Day on Thursday, January 28 from 1 to 5 pm in the Mackenzie room on the third floor of the Huang Engineering Center.


Campus organizations and units at Gear Up for Research Day include the Biosciences Grant Writing Academy, ICME C2 Consulting, the Stanford Geospatial Center and the Technical Communication Program.

Research tool vendors such as Mendeley, Overleaf, SimplyMap,Tableau, and representatives of Neuron, IEEE, SPIE, PeerJ and Annual Reviews will also be in attendance. This is your chance to talk with experts and attend workshops offered by journal editors.

All students, faculty and staff welcome. Sponsored by the Stanford University Libraries, Lane Medical Library and the Vice Provost for Graduate Education.
