The organ works of Johann Sebastian Bach

From June 2009 to June 2010, University Organist Dr. Robert Huw Morgan performed the complete organ works of Johann Sebastian Bach in a series of fourteen recitals on the Fisk-Nanney Organ in Stanford's Memorial Church. These recitals celebrate both Dr. Morgan's 10th anniversary at Stanford, and the 25th anniversary of the Fisk-Nanney Organ, considered one of the finest instruments of its kind in the world. It is named after builder Charles Fisk and University Organist Emeritus Herbert Nanney.

The recordings of these recitals are original and unedited, and include audience noise and minor performance/technological flaws. The recordings are presented courtesy of the Archive of Recorded Sound and the Department of Music.

Many thanks to Dr. Morgan for allowing us to share his performances through our website.
