About Us - Wellness and Health Promotion Services

Our services include individual counseling and broad-based educational courses and programs designed to educate and empower students to make informed, healthy decisions about lifestyle, wellness, and health behaviors.  Most of our services are available without additional charge for students who have paid the Campus Health Service Fee.  Our services include:

  • Individual counseling, coaching, and resource referrals on topics such as nutrition, weight management, body image, food issues, , healthy relationships, sexual health, and emotional well-being
  • Health and wellness speakers, programs, events and workshops
  • Academic courses and internships
  • Student groups and volunteer opportunities, including Peer Health Educators, the HIV Peer Anonymous Counseling and Testing Program (HIV*PACT), and the Sexual Health Peer Resource Center (SHPRC)
  • NSO "REAL WORLD STANFORD" theatre performance
  • “I Thrive@Stanford” programs that feature student internships, social media, and student projects.
