The Loan & Privileges Desk staff are available to assist patrons with finding and retrieving items from our book stacks. Some areas of the stacks are not wheelchair accessible. Some collections are held at service points. Please contact library staff for further accommodation needs.
Lathrop Library Lathrop Library is wheelchair-accessible. An elevator services all floors.

The circulation desk and reading room on the library’s main floor are accessible via two building entrances, one with a ramp and one with an elevator. The three stacks levels within the library do not have elevator access; paging services are available.

Falconer is partially wheelchair accessible. Persons with limited mobility should contact the library before visiting, as staff assistance may be required to enter the building. Staff can assist with retrieving items from the mezzanine.

Accessible to patrons with limited mobility. Elevator is available to take patrons to the library entrance on the 2nd floor. Power equipped accessible entrance is located on the south side of the building.

The EAL is accessible to people with limited mobility. Ask at the circulation desk for help in getting items located on upper/lower shelves. If staff assistance is needed, please call the circulation desk (650-725-3435).
Education Library (Cubberley)

The Education Library is accessible to persons with limited mobility. There are ramps on the south end of the building, front and back, and an elevator on the first floor to provide wheelchair access. Ask at the desk for help obtaining library materials on high shelves.
Engineering Library (Terman)

Parking is available for those with accessible parking permits on the south side of the Huang Engineering Center and in Parking Structure 2. The building is equipped with automatic doors, accessible elevators, and accessible washrooms. A height-adjustable computer work station is available in the library. Please contact library staff for further accommodation needs.
