Medmeeting Replaced by Stanford BlueJeans

The SoM MedMeeting service was retired effective December 5, 2014.  PGi audio-conferencing is also being eliminated, as BlueJeans offers the same services.

Stanford BlueJeans is the University-wide replacement service for MedMeeting and all other audio, video and web collaboration services.  Accounts for all SoM personnel are already established in the system, so you simply need to login with your SUNet ID and begin using the platform. Quick-start video guides are available and detailed help materials can be found within the system after you login.

The BlueJeans service may be used with information of all data categories (Unrestricted, Confidential, Restricted, and Prohibited), as defined by the Stanford University Information Security Office.  Usage with Confidential, Restricted and Prohibited Data, such as Protected Health Information (PHI) or Student Records, must be consistent with Stanford University Policy and all applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA).
