Once you've successfully submitted your application to CASPA, they will perform a check to ensure that your application is not missing any critical components.  When this process is complete, they will notify us, and we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your application.

From there, your application will begin its journey through our holistic, multi-phase evaluation process.  Please be advised that we do not provide status updates during this phase of the admissions cycle.

Within 2 weeks after the application deadline, if not sooner, we will send you an e-mail either inviting you to an interview or notifying you that we unfortunately do not have an interview slot for you in this admissions cycle.  Please be patient!  Due to the "rolling" nature of our admissions process, not everyone will receive news at the same time.

If you:

1. Submitted your unofficial scores via CASPA prior to the application deadline, and
2. Requested that ETS send your scores directly to Stanford (our code is 4704)

Then yes, you should consider your scores received. 

All ETS scores sent to Stanford are received by a central University entity, which does not confirm receipt of indiviudal scores with our program until much later in the admissions process.
