The Stanford Campus Recreation Association (SCRA) is a swim and tennis club for Stanford faculty, senior staff and their families.

Facilities include a relaxing clubhouse, locker rooms and two barbecue areas with patio furniture & picnic tables. Playground set for kids 5-12 years old.

A 25 meter x 25 yard 11 lane lap & recreational pool with diving board with separate baby pool. Seven tennis courts, three which can be lit for night play. Also a squash court / hitting wall with basketball hoop.

Front Gate & Fitness Room Access Control System:

Three Steps: 

1. Enter four digit code (make sure it beeps on each digit)
2. Enter # (This activates the reader)
3. Place finger on square glass reader filling the window with slight pressure on glass. Note: bottom half of window must be filled to get second point for authentication.

When done successfully the light turns green gate unlocks for five seconds.

When at front gate you can always call 650-736-7272 option 6 to get help.

• Make sure you use correct finger enrolled for authentication for code which typically is right index or thumb.

• There are two points for authentication one in upper half of window and one in bottom half of window. During enrollment 10 points are stored and when you come to gate system authenticates two of the 10 points to gain access.

• Finger must be squared to window (not angled or bent) with finger touching bottom window ridge. (picture of finger reader above) This helps filling up the glass square window with finger getting the bottom point for authentication.

Good to Know:

Numbering convention of system is primary member code starts with a 1, Secondary member a 2 and any children a 3 with the last three digits the same within a family.

Example: 1234 for Primary, 2234 for Secondary, & 3234 for Child.

Children must be 14 years old or older before they can have their own code for entry.

Fitness Room Key Pad and scanner:

Key Pad and Scanner built into the wall just right of the Fitness Room Door.

Same system as front door.

All Year Round 5am-10pm seven days a week while supplies last.

Bike Racks:

All bikes should be locked outside facility at the bike racks.

Staff monitor and enforce this lot through out the year.

Lost & Found

Items are removed on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

Kitchens:

Please clean counter and floor placing all trash and food into trash cans.

Keep sink clean at all times

Do not put food into drain.

Playground for Kids:

FACILITY:

1st Floor: Office Space, Locker Rooms with outdoor showers, two outdoor kitchens and breezeway entrance.

2nd Floor: Community Room, Fitness Room, family bathrooms, & deck.

 COLONY LANDSCAPING SCRA:

• Mowing and edging of turf as needed
• Turf and plant fertilization every 6 weeks
• Irrigation programming and troubleshooting each week
• Tree trimming up to 15 feet 1 per year as needed
