With a variety of  tennis experiences, she will offer you an enjoyable, informative and positive time on court with her enthusiasm and insight.

A Gunn High graduate and a local Palo Altan, Corinne went on to UC Berkeley where she played for the NCAA nationally ranked Bears in the 77’ and 78’ seasons. After college Corinne competed in Northern and Southern California Open tourneys combining top 10 rankings in singles, doubles and MXD.

She started her career here at the Farm under the tutelage of Coach Dick Gould.  Through years of coaching alongside Coach Dick and Ann Gould, Corinne honed her skills with the sheer power of Gould’s presence and guidance. She taught many years of Stanford programs such as the infamous Stanford Tennis School and the Jr. Nike Camps of which she was a co-director under both Gould and former Head coach John Whitlinger.

Corinne has held Directors positions as well as Associate Pro positions at many Bay Area clubs such as Alpine Hills, Menlo Circus Club, De Anza Racket Club.  Corinne’s interest in training junior players led her to be a Traveling Coach for some 22 USTA National Teams .  Teams representing the best Northern California 16’s and 18’s players such as Maze Cup, Fed Cup and coached numerous Excellence and Intersectionals teams.

This interest led her to try her hand at College coaching and local Prep school teams.  For some 20 years she developed programs and young players at prep schools like Menlo School, Menlo College and Pinewood School .  Rounding out her experience not just as having a teaching perspective , but coaching as well.

Tennis has been an inspiration for her and she brings that to the court with each and every student no matter what skill level or interest level.
