The business library exists primarily to serve the needs of current Stanford GSB faculty, staff, and students.
The library is also open to Stanford University and Stanford GSB alumni, and the general public. Some of the services we provide are listed below.

Borrowing Library Materials
All library users may obtain permission to borrow items. Visit the appropriate services page to see how you can gain access.
Database Access
Most of our licensed databases are available to all Stanford students, faculty, and staff for their academic research purposes. Some are available to alumni and researchers onsite.
Research Services
The library offers research services to current members of the Stanford community, including faculty, faculty assistants, research assistants, students, and Stanford GSB alumni.
Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery Services
Faculty and faculty assistants can request to borrow materials not found at our library and have them delivered. Stanford GSB students can request to borrow materials that cannot be located on campus via interlibrary loan.
Course Reserves
Faculty and faculty assistants can request materials to be reserved for courses, and students can see what has been reserved for their courses.
