Janitorial Services
Flagship Facility Services Inc. is the janitorial provider for all buildings and grounds in the School of Medicine. The Flagship philosophy is customer service and human relationships while striving for continuous improvement. Stanford sustainability initiatives are supported by Flagship by using green seal certified products, various energy star rated equipment, and water reducing technology.

Common Janitorial Estimates Requested (2015 Pricing)
- Weekend cleaning rate is $35/Hour with a 4-hour minimum
- Steam cleaning the carpet in a10x10 office is $155
- Detail cleaning a 10x10 office is $210
- Striping and re-waxing the floor for a 20x40 space is $200
Quality Assurance Program
The Operations department implements janitorial checks and balances to ensure the cleanliness standards are upheld. OFPM Quality Assurance Manager, Maria Rodriquez, performs building walks on a continual basis and can assist when needs are not met.
