Building Activation/Move-In

As part of projects, the Project Managers oversee activations and move-ins for offices and administrative spaces, dry labs, and wet labs. The activation and move-in entails coordinating with a wide variety of both Stanford departments and outside vendors including Stanford ITS, furniture vendors, movers, mail services, signage vendors, Engineering and Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Stanford EH&S and the occupant. Listed below include a variety of items that are completed in order for your move-in to occur.
