Remember these tips as you enroll in lesson or ensemble courses:

1. Group lessons are closed by design. Sign up on the wait list and attend the first class meeting to receive a permission number for enrollment
2. Some ensembles are “hidden” within MUSIC 171: Chamber Music. Be sure to sign up for the correct section.
3. We have many instructors in some instrument areas, and each teaches their own section. Be sure to sign up for the correct section.
4. TRY AXESS AND SIMPLE ENROLL: Sometimes one will work and another won’t. Try both.
5. TRY A NEW BROWSER: Axess and SimpleEnroll both sometimes have compatibility issues with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
6. Masterclasses are closed by design. Be sure that you aren’t trying to enroll in the MASTERCLASS section of a class instead of the PRACTICUM section of the class.
7. If all else fails, stop by Braun 101 between 8am and 12pm, or 1pm and 4pm. Try enrolling on our computer so we can see the issues you see. Student interfaces are different than staff or faculty interfaces, so it helps to address your problem in person.
