You can look up contact information for anyone in the University from the Zimbra Email & Calendar web client. You can then use the email address to send a message, schedule a meeting, or add it to your contacts.
Search StanfordWho for contact information
- In the Search box at the top of Zimbra Email & Calendar, select Global Address List from the list to the left of the search text and then type the name of the person whose listing you want to find.
- Click the person's name to see the complete Stanford view listing in StanfordWho.
Add the contact to your address book
- Right-click (CRTL+click on a Mac) the name of your Stanford contact.
- Click Add to Contacts.
- Make any desired changes to the new entry.
- Click Save.
Send an email message to the contact
- Hover over the email address in the listing and click the New Email icon. A new message is created with the person's name in the To: field.
- Type your message and usual and click Send.

Invite the contact to a meeting
- Hover over the email address in the listing and click the New Appointment icon. A new appointment is created with the contact's name added to the attendees list.
- Enter the meeting details and then click Send.
