PG&E 0% On Bill Financing
Public agencies and businesses can apply for a PG&E 0% interest On Bill Financing loan between $5,000 and $250,000, depending on your sector and upgrade measures. PG&E can help you determine if your project qualifies for this program. call 1-800-468-4743 for more information. 

California Energy Commission 0% and 1% Loans
The California Energy Commission provides energy efficiency financing for local educational agencies at a 0% interest rate, and for public agencies at a rate of 1%. Applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis, and applicants can request loans of up to $3 million.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing
Residential and commercial customers can apply for PACE financing, through which their loan can be paid back as part of their property taxes during a period of up to 20 years.
