Combined Screening and Advising appointments:

Burnham Pavilion: Monday - Thursday (January - November)
La Ka Shing Center: Some Tuesdays (March – November)
Lokey Stem Cell Research Building: Occasional Days (March – November)
SLAC Arrillaga Recreation Center, SLAC ID Badge Required: every other Wednesday (March – November)
3160 Porter Drive, Monterey Bay Room: every other Wednesday (May – November)
1070 Arastradero, Suite 100: Friday (January - November

We also offer appointments off-campus in Redwood City, Livermore, and Monterey Bay; please call our office for those dates.

Advising appointment (Screening done by your physician):

By Phone: Monday - Friday (February - November)*
Medical School Office Building: Some Wednesdays (February - September)

* Participants who choose to fax in their Screening results from their physician are eligible to complete the advising by phone.
